Here's an easy guide to using Yogi2Go to buy and enjoy yoga classes and music anywhere on your computer, iPod or other MP3 player.

ONE – CHOOSE A CLASS, MEDITATION OR MUSIC SELECTION

Check out our Classes and Teachers page.  Here you'll find a list of classes available, and all our teachers.  Click on a class or teacher name, and you will be directed to a page that has more details and an audio sample you can check out.  We have classes at all levels, and some classes like our In-Flight Suite are good for absolute beginners and experienced yogis alike.

TWO – PURCHASE

Once you've found a class, meditation or music selection you want, click on the “Purchase” box next to that selection.  You will see a checkmark and the box will turn blue.  Then click the “Add to Order” box underneath. You will see your items in your shopping cart, and you can either Check Out or Continue Shopping.  As you shop, you can always check what you've added to your order by clicking the "My Cart" button at the top of every page.  Once you click "Check Out", you will be asked for your credit card and contact info and then you will see your order confirmation.  An e-mail with a link to your download will be sent to you immediately. This is a secure site, and all of our transactions are protected by the highest level of SSL security, by GeoTrust.  For more info on our data security and privacy policy, click HERE.

IMPORTANT:  Most of our classes are between 30 minutes to 1 hour long, and are broken into 2 or 3 parts.  To get an entire class, you must purchase all the class sections.  We do not recommend using only one section of a class, or using sections out of the order intended.  If you're wondering why they are broken up this way, check out the explanation in our FAQs section.

THREE – DOWNLOAD

You will receive two e-mails. One will be a purchase confirmation. The second e-mail will have links to your download. Please note there is one link per product, so you need to click on every link to get all your purchases. Your file will have the product number as its name, something like”Y001TN01A”.  (See the next step below on how to rename and use your download.) Where your file will appear on your computer depends on how you have set your settings for you browser. We suggest that you make the default setting for downloads to your desktop. Another place your downloads might go is a folder called "downloads". Check your computer and browser "Help" guides to learn how to change this setting.

FOUR – LISTEN AND ENJOY

You can play your Yogi2Go files on any computer, and you can transfer them to your iPod or other portable listening device. Most computers come with a program already installed that can play MP3 files.


iTunes and iPod Users

Yogi2Go downloads are designed to work seamlessly with Apple’s iTunes Software for PC and Mac.  We recommend that you use this software. You can download it for free HERE.

Depending on your iTunes settings, your new Yogi2Go downloads may import automatically into iTunes, and the iTunes program will launch itself. If this happens, you will see your new files in your Library window listed with the class name as the title and the teacher's name as the artist.

To use your files in iTunes (if your files are not imported automatically), open the iTunes program, and show the Library Browser window.  Drag and drop your files into the Library window.  They will be added, and iTunes will display the class name, teacher and other info instead of the product number.  This happens automatically if you drag and drop the file rather than double click on it.

We recommend that you create playlists for your classes, and be sure that multi-part classes are in sequential order.  If you like, you can add a meditation to the end of your class playlist as well.  To add your classes and playlists to your iPod, follow the instructions HERE.

Other MP3 Players and Cell Phones

There are many different MP3 players available on the market, and your Yogi2Go classes will play on just about all of them.  To load MP3 files to your cell phone, you should follow the instructions that came with your phone or on the phone's support website. Here's a list of some of the most popular media players, and links where you can download the software for free.  Please follow the instructions for using the software from the manufacturers.

Note: We recommend that you rename your file to the class name when you use these players.  The product numbers end in letters A, B, C, D for parts 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively.  Always use the correct order when practicing the classes.
