Kaia Van Zandt holds seven yoga teaching certifications through White Lotus Foundation, Erich Schiffmann, Whole Birth Resources Prenatal, Thai Yoga Therapy, Yoga Works Teacher Training led by Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty, and Sacred Movement teacher training. In class, she teaches traditional yoga asana with great care to safe sequencing, breathing, and correct anatomical guidance.  Every class offers a place of refuge to come home to the breath while optimizing the body’s health and energy, increasing vitality and accessing inspiration.

For Kaia, yoga is the direct path to accessing the Divine, while cultivating harmony and flow every moment.  When we get out of our heads and into our hearts, we automatically find the answers to everything perplexing us in life.  We become happy and free!
